3D WATERJET CUTTING MACHINES

We designed and manufactured our first 5-axis 3D waterjet cutting machine in the year 2002 for our own production. The use of it has helped us to develope the process continously and produce reliable units to our customers.

XY-TABLES

XY-table can be equipped with 3-axis bevel-head to make cutting of bevels and 3D-shapes possible.

This 5-axis cutting is very demanding and the accuracy of the machine becomes very important in cutting prosess. Also the positioning on the material is very important.

The programming is done by 5-axis CAM-program. This program can read directly most common CAD-files, like SolidWorks, ProE etc.

ROBOT APPLICATIONS

The cutting of large three-dimensional parts is done by help of 6-axis robots. The robot can be placed on the roof or on the side of the cutting station.

The most common products are formend and molded parts that can be cutted with pure water. Also abrasive cutting is possible.
