The energy required for cutting materials is obtained by pressurizing water to ultra-high pressures and forming an intense cutting stream by focusing this high-speed water through a small, precious-stone orifice. The heart of a waterjet cutting system is a hydraulic driven intensifier pump from INGERSOLL-RAND. The intensifier pressurizes water up to 3800 bar which produces a cutting stream with a velocity of 823 meters/sec or 2.5 times the speed of sound. It is possible to cut soft materials as paper, paperboard, rubber, glass wool, plastics, coal- and fibreglass and other materials, which are difficult to cut with other methods. Cutting harder materials requires adding a fine mesh abrasive to the cutting stream. When abrasive is added to waterjet, it is possible to cut also hard materials as metal, stone and ceramic materials.

If possible please include to the drawing only the most important information. Blow up all the blocks and take the drawing from your own system so that there are only the objects you have chosen. In this manner we can avoid troublesome retransfer, which can delay your delivery. Thanks in advance.
